Pitch 1024 for ChatGPT & Claude

Effective July 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of Pitch 1024, a pitch-pipe tool that runs inside ChatGPT and Claude (the "Service"), provided by Chardonn.AI ("we", "us").

The service

Pitch 1024 hands you reference pitches, starting notes for any key, voiced harmony, chord progressions, and ear-training drills — every note a real recorded performance by one of five musicians whose voices power the widget. The Service is provided free of charge.

Acceptable use

Use the Service for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or misuse the Service or its hosting infrastructure.

No accounts or data

The Service requires no Pitch 1024 account of its own and collects no personal data. You will need an account with the chat product you use it in — ChatGPT or Claude — and your use of that product is governed by its own terms, not ours. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

"Pitch 1024", the 1024 family, and the related designs are the property of Chardonn.AI. The voice recordings are used with the musicians' permission for this product. The pitches and progressions you build with the Service are yours to use.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or pitch-perfect for professional tuning use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
